How far in advance should we book?
Brides ideally secure their date 6–12 months in advance, especially for Saturdays and peak season dates.
Gold Coast and Brisbane bookings fill quickly, and destination weddings often require even earlier planning due to travel arrangements and limited availability.
For international destinations — such as New Zealand, Fiji, Bali, Dubai and Europe — we recommend booking 9–18 months ahead to ensure your date, travel schedule and styling team are fully reserved.

Do you travel to our wedding venue?
Yes, absolutely.
We provide fully mobile bridal hair & makeup services and travel to your wedding venue, hotel or private residence — locally and internationally.
Travel fees are tailored to your exact location and start time.
Share your venue details and we will prepare a personalised quote for you.
How long does bridal makeup take?
Bridal makeup takes approximately 1 hour–1 hour 15 minutes. Bridesmaids usually require 45–60 minutes each.
Do we need a bridal trial?
A trial is highly recommended. It allows us to finalise your style, skin prep and schedule. All trials are held in our studio in Labrador.
How can I book a Bridal Trial if I'm planning a destination wedding or living interstate?
For our destination brides, we offer a flexible and premium approach to your Bridal Trial to ensure you feel confident, understood, and fully supported — no matter where in the world you are.
Online Bridal Trial (Zoom Video Call)
If you are located interstate or overseas, we can arrange a personalised Zoom Video Consultation where we will:
- Discuss your desired bridal look in detail
- Review your inspiration photos
- Talk through your skin and hair preparation
- Choose tones, textures and styling preferences
- Ensure we fully understand your bridal vision
This online trial allows us to connect, refine your ideas, and plan every detail of your dream look well in advance.
If you prefer, we can also include a Mini-Trial on your Wedding Morning.
By allocating a little extra time in your schedule, we can:
- Test key elements such as skin prep, complexion finish or lip colour
- Make any small adjustments you may like
- Then create your final, flawless bridal look
This option is very popular with destination brides who are unable to attend an in-person trial.
Which products do you use?
We work with premium brands such as Dior, Armani, Charlotte Tilbury, NARS and Hourglass, along with our own Katherine Art Makeup products for long-lasting, camera-perfect results.
Do you offer both makeup and hair?
Yes — we offer makeup only or makeup + hair services.
How long will our makeup last?
Your makeup is designed to last all day — from early morning until late evening — camera-ready, heat-resistant and long-wearing.
Do you offer early morning appointments?
Yes — including 4:30–5:00 am starts for bridal parties.
What is required to secure a booking?
A deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance can be paid anytime before your event.
