Due to the nature of cosmetic products and hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us, and we are always here to assist if something isn’t right.

Refunds

A refund may be issued if:

• Your item arrives damaged or faulty
• An incorrect item was received
• The product is not as described

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If needed, we will guide you through a simple refund and reorder process.

Digital Products

All online courses and digital product purchases are final once access is granted.
If you experience any technical issues, we are here to assist.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is due to our error.

In such cases, we will cover all associated shipping costs.
