Products & Orders

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Katherine Art Makeup.

Please ensure that your name, email address and delivery details are correct when placing your order.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, payment cannot be processed, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled item or order will be refunded.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices may change without notice. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for, except in the case of an obvious pricing error.

Payment must be completed at checkout using one of the payment methods available on our website.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability and may sell out or be discontinued without notice.

Adding a product to your cart does not reserve the item.

If a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund for the unavailable item.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we are unable to supply your order within the stated timeframe or within a reasonable time, we will contact you regarding the available options.

Change of Mind Returns

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of cosmetics and beauty products, we do not generally accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used or have had their hygiene seal removed.

For unopened and unused products, please contact us before returning the item. Any change-of-mind return accepted by Katherine Art Makeup must be returned in its original, unused and resalable condition.

Any change-of-mind return policy offered by Katherine Art Makeup is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or does not otherwise meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide your order details and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue so we can assess and resolve it efficiently.

Depending on the circumstances and your rights under Australian Consumer Law, an appropriate remedy may include a replacement, refund or other remedy.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

Where appropriate, we will assist you with the applicable return or refund process so that a new order can be placed.

This does not limit any rights or remedies available to you under Australian Consumer Law.

Return Shipping

Please contact us before returning any product. If a return is accepted, we will provide return instructions.

For approved change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise covered by Australian Consumer Law, return shipping costs will be handled in accordance with your applicable consumer rights.

Product Colours & Images

We make every reasonable effort to display our products and colours as accurately as possible.

However, colours may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, skin tone and other factors.

Sale Items

Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer are final sale and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including your rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions and expiry dates.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers or applied retrospectively to completed orders.

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary, without affecting rights already acquired under an accepted order or applicable law.
