Returns
Due to the nature of cosmetics and digital products, returns are not accepted for change of mind or hygiene reasons.
Refunds
A refund may be issued if:
• Your item arrives damaged or faulty
• An incorrect item was received
• The product is not as described
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If a replacement is required, please follow the refund process and a new item will be arranged once approved.
Digital Products
All online course and digital product purchases are final once access is granted.
If you experience any technical issues, we are here to assist.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved, you will receive instructions.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is on our side.
